Meet the Digi Kids 2021-22

At Trallwn we understand that online safety is integral in keeping all of our learners safe. We have extensive security measures in place within the school, which are reviewed regularly, to help safeguard the children from unsuitable content of the internet and any potential dangers. That is why the ‘Digi Kids’ were created. The ‘Digi Kids’ is the Online Safety group of Trallwn Primary School, they work with the staff, governors and wider community to ensure everyone is as safe as possible.

As a school, we are working towards achieving the Online Safety Mark through the 360 Degree Safe Cymru tool via Hwb.

 

Safer Internet Day

We’ve just celebrated Safer Internet Day 2020 ‘Free to be me’.

The whole school watched Dosbarth Emerald’s ‘Don’t be an Internet Dinosaur’ assembly in the morning and in the afternoon we had a special SID assembly led by Mr Fisher.

All the classes in the school took part in special online safety lessons which will be going on all this week.
